Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital product "Roadmap To Profiting". Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using the Product. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree These to these Terms, you may not purchase or use the Product.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Seller grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, access, and use the Product for your personal or internal business purposes. You may redistribute, sell, share, lend, or otherwise transfer the Product to any third party.

Seller grants you a limited license to edit, modify, or otherwise customize the Product to create a derivative work for your personal or internal business use only. You may distribute, sublicense, share, or otherwise transfer any such derivative work to any third party.

Master Resell Rights

Seller grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to resell or redistribute the Product and derivative works for any price you choose with a minimum of $497. This Master Resell Right is subject to the following conditions:

You may not resell or redistribute the Product or derivative works "as is" in the same form as provided by Seller. They must be incorporated into your own products or services.

The Product and derivative works may not be distributed for free, but must be sold.

All Products and derivative works must retain the original copyright notices and branding.

You must clearly identify yourself as the seller of any derivative works. Seller's name should not appear as the seller or provider.

You may not make any representations or warranties on behalf of Seller.

You are solely responsible for customer service, returns, refunds, and any other issues arising from customers purchasing from you. Seller has no obligations to your customers.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold Seller harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your distribution of the Product or any derivative works.

Termination

This license shall continue until terminated by you or Seller. Seller may terminate this license immediately if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Product and destroy all copies and derivatives. The disclaimers of warranty and liability limitations, and indemnity provisions of these Terms shall survive termination.

Disclaimers

THE PRODUCT AND ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. SELLER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK OF LOSS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE PRODUCT AND ANY DERIVATIVE WORKS. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, COST OF COVER, OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Seller harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or distribution of the Product or any derivative works, including any breach of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

Seller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Product after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated or modified Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically check these Terms for updates.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Georgia for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Product.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Seller relating to your access to and use of the Product. These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, agreements, or communications relating to the Product, whether written or verbal.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Seller to exercise any right under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of Seller's right to exercise that right or any other right at any time.
